Clinton Hill Row House, Brooklyn, New York.

This charming row house is nestled in one of Brooklyn's most beautiful historic neighborhoods. The interior needed gut-rehabilitation and was modernized carefully, while the historical charm on the exterior was well preserved and revitalized. Strict protocols regulated color and material choices on the facade, as this particular building lies within a Landmarked District.

Prospect Heights Brownstone, Brooklyn, New York.

This Brooklyn Brownstone was granted a rare vertical extension by the NYC Landmark's Department due to their appreciation for the Mansard-style roof we designed for the top floor.

The new extension encompasses a full primary suite and features a roof deck along the front facade. The unique idea of turning the extension into an architecturally desirable element worked wonderfully with both satisfying the needs of our client, while preserving the historical charm of the surrounding neighborhood.

East New York Row House, Brooklyn NY.

Efficiency took center focus on this particular project, as time and budget were key concerns.  A Two-Family Row -House was constructed on vacant land in between two existing buildings, which presented structural challenges.  Foundation construction had to be carful not to disturb the adjacent structures on either side.  Overall, a simple yet modern building was created which addressed our client's needs and desires within the budget and time constraints presented.
